Fast and furious

Spending time with Olympian Charlotte Wingfield, 100m and 200m sprinter. In a small window between championship meets, I managed to catch up with Charlotte enjoying some training in the sunshine. Charlotte takes great care in her training and is dedicated to creating the incredible speed and power needed to compete in her event, when the fractions of a second is the difference between winning and losing.
