Women In Food

Heffers Studio partnered with Newton to develop a vibrant and future-facing brand identity for Women in Food, a groundbreaking initiative championing women across the UK food sector. As one of the first programmes of its kind, Women in Food connects professionals from every corner of the industry through inspiring events, collaborative workshops, and thought-leading conversations that spotlight innovation, mentorship, and community.

Multiple stacks of colorful cards with questions and statements about women in the food industry, including a green scoop illustration, the words 'womeninfood' and 'Newton,' and questions about food personality and unusual dishes.

Our creative approach centred on capturing this spirit of energy and empowerment. We designed a bold new logo and visual identity system built around expressive food-led graphics, dynamic shapes, and a warm, playful tone of voice. The visual language was crafted to feel inclusive and uplifting, with colour, illustration, and typography working together to reflect both the diversity and the creativity of the Women in Food network.

The identity translates seamlessly across print and digital. From event collateral and social assets to presentation templates and environmental graphics, each touchpoint is designed to feel fresh, engaging, and unmistakably part of the Women in Food world. The result is a cohesive brand that not only elevates the initiative’s presence but also celebrates the passion, leadership, and imagination of the community it represents.
