Flare

Heffers Studio partnered with Thrings Solicitors to develop a bold, future-facing brand identity for Flare, a dynamic legal services company redefining support for modern businesses. As an innovative force within the legal sector, Flare connects clients with forward-thinking expertise through strategic guidance, collaborative partnerships, and insight-driven solutions that prioritise clarity, agility, and long-term impact. Designed to reflect confidence and momentum, the new identity positions Flare at the forefront of a more accessible and progressive legal landscape.

A blue and orange Flare notebook with a yellow triangle on the cover, a blue pen, and an orange elastic band, all floating against a plain gray background.
Two printed guides titled "Guide for start-ups" with a smiling woman on the cover, stacked on a white surface, with the top guide partially overlapping the bottom one.

Our creative approach centred on working within a digital landscape rather than the traditional legal sytem. We designed a bold new logo and visual identity system, dynamic shapes, and a warm, playful tone of voice. The visual language was crafted to feel inclusive and uplifting, with colour and typography working together to reflect both the diversity and the creativity of the network.

Two smartphones, one showing a screen with the Flare app featuring options for Spark Start-ups and Blaze Expert, and the other turned around showing a black back with a camera in the top left corner, placed on a light gray background.

The identity translates seamlessly across print and digital. From event collateral and social assets to presentation templates and environmental graphics, each touchpoint is designed to feel fresh, engaging. The result is a cohesive brand that not only elevates the initiative’s presence but also celebrates the passion, leadership, and imagination of the community it represents.
